Cabbage Roll Casserole

  Cabbage Roll Casserole
Ingredients:
  2 lb   Ground Turkey
  2/3 cup   uncooked rice
  2 cans   tomato soup
  2 cans   water
  1/2 head   cabbage
Directions:
  Grease an 8 1/2 X 11 casserole dish (not aluminum). Slice generous layers of cabbage in bottom of the dish (about 2" thick). Brown turkey and salt and pepper to taste. Mix rice, soup and water with turkey. Pour over cabbage. Cover with foil and seal tight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. YUM!!!
