Broccoli and Chicken Casseroll

  Modified from the Broccoli, chicken, and rice casserole
Ingredients:
  2 ea   Frozen chicken breast, boneless
  1 cup   Instant Rice
  1 cn   Broccoli Cheese Soup
  0.50 cup   Frozen broccolli
  5 cup   shredded cheese of any kind
  1 cup   water
Directions:
  Mix the rice, water and soup in the bottom on an ungreased casserole dish

Add the frozen broccoli and disperse evenly

Place the chicken breasts onto the rice mix, spaced evenly apart.

Bake, covered at 375 for 30 minutes

Top with shredded cheese and bake, uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
