Broccoli Casserole (JP)

Ingredients: |

cooked rice |
|
10 oz |
|
frozen chopped broccoli |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
salt |
|
3/4 c |
|
celery, finely chopped |
|
1 can |
|
cream of mushroom soup |
|
3/4 each |
|
onion, finely chopped |
|
3 Tbsp |
|
oil |
|
1 c |
|
cheese whiz |
|
1 tsp |
|
sugar |
|
1 can |
|
cream of chicken soup |
|
1 can |
|
cream of celery soup (optional) |
Directions: |
|
Brown onions in skillet with oil. Add broccoli and heat until mixture is separate, stirring lightly with fork. Add salt, sugar, and celery to onion mixture. Heat soups and cheese whiz in saucepan, stirring until well blended. Blend in rice then add to the onion/broccoli mixture and mix well. Pour into greased casserole.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
