Broccoli/Cauliflower salad

  A really tasty salad.
Ingredients:
  1 cup   mayonaise
  1/4 cup   sweet red relish
  1/3 cup   sugar
  1/3 cup   vinegar
  3/4 head   small cauliflower, cut very small
  1 head   broccoli, cut very small
  1   small red onion, cut very fine
  1 cup   cheddar cheese, shredded
  1/2 cup   sunflower seeds (unsalted)
  1/2 cup   raisins
  6 sliced   cooked bacon, chopped
Directions:
  Mix first 4 ingredients and mix very well. Comine with remaining ingredients and refridgerate for at least 8 hours before serving. Excellent the next day!
