Sausage, egg, cheese pizza. Great for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner. Kids love it. |
Ingredients: |

1 cans |
|
Crescent Rolls (1 if jumbo 2 if regular) |
|
6 large |
|
eggs, beaten well |
|
1/2 medium |
|
red onion chopped |
|
1/2 |
|
green pepper chopped |
|
1 lb |
|
sausage browned |
|
6 slices |
|
bacon (optional) fried and diced |
|
1 cup |
|
shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 350.Unroll crescent rolls and line the bottom of a shallow cookie sheet or pizza pan. Pinch edges to make a "deep" crust. Pour beaten eggs into crust. Spread sausage, green pepper, onion and bacon over eggs. Top with about 1/2 of the shredded cheese. Place in oven about 30 minutes or until eggs are done. Take out of oven and top with remaning cheese, bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Slice and serve. The kids love this alternitive to a traditional pizza or quiche. Great for breakfast or dinner.
