New quick on the run breakfast...chocolate chips were to be raisins but my family is not a raisin family. |
Ingredients: |

1/2 Cup |
|
Butter, softened |
|
3/4 Cup |
|
Sugar |
|
1 |
|
Egg |
|
1 Cup |
|
Flour |
|
1/4 tsp. |
|
Baking Soda |
|
10 slices |
|
Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled |
|
2 Cups |
|
Cornflakes |
|
1/2 Cup |
|
Chocolate Chips |
Directions: |
|
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in bacon, cornflakes and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks. Store in the refrigerator.
