top round steak, cooked/cut 1in cubes |

1 pkg |
|
frozen baby carrots (9oz) |
|
1 pkg |
|
frozen peas and pearl onions (9oz) |

baking potato, cooked/cut 1/2in pcs |
|
1 jar |
|
home-style brown gravy (18oz) |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
dried thyme leaves |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
black pepper |
|
1 can |
|
refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits |
Directions: |

Preheat 375. Spray 2qt sqaure casserole with nonstick spray.Combine steak, frozen vegetables, and potato in prepared dish. Stir in gravy, thyme and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 40 min. Remove from oven. Increase oven temp to 400. Top with biscuits and bake 8-10 min or until biscuits are golden brown.
