Best Ever Slow Cooker Beef Stew

  This beef stew gets its flavor from the Italian dressing mix, red wine, and assortment of vegetables. Serve with fresh biscuits.
Ingredients:
  1 pounds   beef stew meat
  1 medium   onion, chunked
  4 medium   red or white potatoes, chunked
  1 can   (10 oz) beef gravy
  1/2 cip   dry red wine
  1 package   (1 oz) aujus mix
  1/2 package   Italian salad dressing mix
  1 cup   frozen corn, thawed
  1 cup   frozen green beans, thawed
  2 tablespoons   all-purpose flour
  1/2 cup   water
Directions:
  Place onions, potatoes, and stew meat in the slow cooker. Combine gravy, wine, aujus mix, and salad dressing mix in a medium bowl. Pour misture over the meat. Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Remove meat and potatoes from the cooker. Turn the slow cooker to HIGH. Mix flour and water unitl smooth. Stir into juices in slow cooker. Cook 15 minutes or until thickened.

Return meat mixture to the slow cooker. Add corn and green beans. Stir mixture well, cover, and cook about 5 more minutes to heat through.

Serve with biscuits. If making one recipe, use 4 quart cooker bowl.
