Layered beef and bean pot pie: beans, ketchup sauce, beef, cheese, and cresent roll crust. Good and Quick! |
Ingredients: |

1 LARGE |
|
Can Bush's Original Baked Beans |
|
1 16oz. |
|
Can Bush's Great Northern Beans (Rinsed and Drained). |
|
1 Cup |
|
Ketchup |
|
1 Cup |
|
Brown Sugar |
|
1 lb |
|
Lean Ground Beef |
|
1 Med. |
|
Yellow Onion (Diced) |
|
2 Cups |
|
Shredded Mozzerella Cheese |
|
1 Can |
|
Ready to make cresent rolls |
Directions: |
|
1. Brown your Ground beef, pour off fat.
2. In a large casserole dish combine: The baked beans, northern beans, Onion, ketchup, and brown sugar. Stir to combine, adding your cooked ground beef last.
3. COOK 45 Minutes AT 450.
4. After 45 Minutes, scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese to the top, covering as much as you can.
5. Unroll your cresent rolls, laying the dough flat on top of the cheese.
6. Cook an additional 10-15 Minutes at 450, or until Golden brown on top.
Serve hot and melty for best results! :)
