Balsamic & Rosemary Chicken Breast

  Cooked paleo style
Ingredients:
  1 Tbs   Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  1/4 Cup   Balsamic Vinegar
  2 Cloves   Garlic, Minced
  2 Tsp   Fresh Rosemary, minced
  3   Boneless Chicken Breasts
  1/2 tsp   Salt & Pepper, To Taste
Directions:
  1. Rinse chicken breasts under cool water, pat dry with a paper towel, and place in a baking dish.
2. Drizzle olive oil over all 3 breasts and lightly rub to even out the oil.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken.
4. Press fresh garlic and rosemary into chicken breasts.
5. Roast at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove chicken from oven and pour 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar over the breasts.
