Baked Ziti Healthy

Ingredients:
  8 oz   Ziti
  1/2 lb   lean ground beef
  1/2   yeallow onion, finely chopped
  2   garlic cloves, minced
  2 cups   tomato sauce
    Dried oregano
    Dried basil
    Salt
  1 cup   shredded mozzarella
Directions:
  Preheat the oven to 350

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the water and add the ziti, cook according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

While the ziti is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef, onion, and garlic and saute until the beef is browned. Stir in the tomato sauce and oregano, basil and salt to taste.

Mix the ziti with the sauce and cheese in a casserole dish, saving some cheese to sprinkle on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, unitl the cheese is melted and bubbling.
