Baked Green Chilies

Mild green chilies stuffed with low-fat cheese and baked |
Ingredients: |

3 cans |
|
Whole green chilies |
|
3/4 cup |
|
low fat mexican cheese blend |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Whole wheat flour |
|
3/4 cup |
|
Panko crumbs |
|
4 |
|
Egg Whites |
|

|
Salsa to taste |
Directions: |
|
Open cans of chilies and drain. Stuff with cheese. Beat egg whites until foamy. Dip stuffed chilies in flour, then egg mixture and Panko crumbs. Place on baking rack, mist lightly with olive oil spray and bake for 20 minutes at 450 oven or until crispy. Serve hot with salsa or greek yogurt for dipping.
