Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
  12   Chicken Tenders
  1 cup   bread crumbs (or Panko crumbs)
  1/2 cup   parmesan cheese (grated)
    salt (to taste)
    thyme (to taste)
    basil (to taste)
  1/2 cups   butter melted
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and spices in shallow dish

Put melted butter in another shallow dish

Dip one checken tender at a time in the butter, then coat it in the crumbs

Place on lightly greased cookie sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes

MODIFICATIONS

For very crispy coating place tenders on a cooling rack, then place the cooling rack on the cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, the broil for 3-5 minutes

Dip in buttermilk instead of butter. Don't have buttermilk? Add a capful of white vinegar to one cup of milk, let it set for about 5-10 minutes.
