Costco Salmon Fillet |

1 Cup |
|
Mayonnaise |
|
1/2 Tsp |
|
Chopped Fresh Thyme |
|
1/2 Tsp |
|
Dried Oregano |
|
1/2 Tsp |
|
Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves |

1 Tsp |
|
Dried Dill |
|
1 Bunch |
|
Asparagus or Broccoli |
|
1 Pkt or Can |

Hollaindaise Sauce or Can Chedder Cheese Soup |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise and all of the herbs except for the dill (feel free to add/subtract or use only dried or fresh herbs). Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet and spread with the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with dill weed. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until the salmon is easily flaked with a fork. Steam veggies and prepare appropriate sauce. Tip - use only half the fillet and freeze for a later date.
