Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Bacon is used to make a chicken breast moist and crispy all at one time. |
Ingredients: |

6 ea |
|
boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
|
1 8oz |
|
spreadable chive & onion cream cheese |
|
6 slices |
|
bacon |
|
|
|
salt |
|
|
|
pepper |
Directions: |
|
Flatten chicken to 1/2" thickness. Spread 3 Tbs. cream cheese over each chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Roll the chicken breasts up and wrap wach with a strip of bacon.
Place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered at 400* for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear.
Broil 6" from heat for 5 minutes until bacon is crisp.
