Bacon Feta Chicken Salad

  Delicious light salad
Ingredients:
  1/2 head   Romaine Lettuce
  1 head   Red-Leaf Lettuce
  2 large   chicken breasts, cooked
  1/2 cup   grated carrots
  1/2   cucumber, peeled and diced
  12 strips   Bacon
  1/2 cup   diced tomatoe
  1/2 cup   crumbled feta cheese
  1/4 cup   extra virgin olive oil
  2 tbsp   red wine vinegar
  1 tsp   dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
  2   whole wheat pita
Directions:
  whisk together the vinegar and mustard. keep whisking while slowly pouring in the oil, season to taste with salt and pepper.
