BBQ Chicken Dinner Packets

  Serve with large butter milk biscuits.
Ingredients:
  6   split chicken breasts, skins removed
  3 ears   corn, broken in half
  6 small   red potatoes
    salt
    pepper
    butter
  1 cup   BBQ sauce
  15 oz can   pinto beans, drained
  6   aluminum foil square sheets
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 450.

Place one chicken, one corn, and one potatoe in center of foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle corn with butter. Divide BBQ sauce over each chicken; top evenly with beans. Seal packets. cook on baking sheet for 40 min. Carefully open.
