BBQ Chicken Dinner Packets

Serve with large butter milk biscuits. |
Ingredients: |

split chicken breasts, skins removed |
|
3 ears |
|
corn, broken in half |
|
6 small |
|
red potatoes |
|
|
|
salt |
|
|
|
pepper |
|
|
|
butter |
|
1 cup |
|
BBQ sauce |
|
15 oz can |
|
pinto beans, drained |
|
6 |
|
aluminum foil square sheets |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 450.
Place one chicken, one corn, and one potatoe in center of foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle corn with butter. Divide BBQ sauce over each chicken; top evenly with beans. Seal packets. cook on baking sheet for 40 min. Carefully open.
