| I just didnt like the combination with the vinegar and wine but the pork was tender and good to eat just without any sauce |

Crock Pot Meal |
Ingredients: |

1 14 oz can |
|
whole artichoke hearts, drained |
|
1 14 oz can |
|
whole mushrooms, halved |
|
12 |
|
boneless skinless chicken breasts |
|
1 6 1/2 oz jar |
|
marinated artichoke hearts with liquid |
|
3/4 cup |
|
white wine |
|
1/2 cup |
|
balsamic vinaigrette |
|
|
|
hot cooked noodles |
|
|
|
paprika for garnish |
Directions: |
|
Spread whole artichokes over bottom of crock pot. Top with half of mushrooms. Layer chicken over mushrooms. Top chicken with marinated artichoke hearts with liquid. Add remaining mushrooms. Pour in wine and vinaigrette.
Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours
Serve over hot cooked noodles. Garnish with paprika.
