Aunt Sharons' Salisbury Steak

  Meat
Ingredients:
  1 pkg   Ground Hamburger
  1 cup   Corn Flakes
  1 Can   Cream of Mush Soup
  2   Eggs
    Salt
    Pepper
  1/2 cup   Milk
    Pam
    Water
    flour
  2 TBS   oil
Directions:
  Mix hamburger and eggs. Crush corn flakes and mix into the egg mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make 8-10 round balls and shape into a thick burger. Spray a baking dish with pam and add a little water to cover bottom. Set aside. Roll patties in the flour. Place oil in skillet and brown patties. Place patties into baking dish. Cover. Bake for 1 hour on 325 degrees. Mix soup and 1/2 c milk in a small bowl until smooth. Pour over patties. Uncovered, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
