Atkins Popcorn Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:
  1 pound   small shrimp, shelled
  1/4 cup   olive oil
  3 cloves   garlic, finely chopped
  1/2 teaspoon   red pepper flakes
  1/2 teaspoon   paprika
  1 tablespoon   fresh lemon juice
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
  1 tablespoon   chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
  Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; saute one minute. Increase heat to high. Add shrimp and paprika. Cook, stirring briskly, for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice; cook 1 minute more, just until shrimp are pink and cooked through (do not overcook shrimp, it toughens them). Tranfer to a platter with a slotted spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
