Apple Walnut Parfait

Layered Greek Yogurt Parfait. Super delicious and perfect to serve as breakfast or even dessert. |
Ingredients: |

4 Cups |
|
Vanilla Greek Yogurt |
|
1 Cup |
|
Crumbled Cinnamon Life Cereal |
|
1/2 Cup |
|
Finely Diced Apple (Fugi or your favorite) |
|
1 Tbsp |
|
Sugar (to garnish on top) |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
Ground Cinnamon |
|
1/2 cup |

Roasted Walnuts |
Directions: |

Using a small glass (I recommend a clear one so everyone can appreciate how pretty it is!) layer your ingredients: 1 scoop Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 1 scoop crumbled Cinnamon Life Cereal, 1 scoop Diced Apple, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a few Roasted Walnuts. Repeat this pattern again and this time sprinkle a little sugar on top to garnish. The Greek Vanilla yogurt I used had vanilla bean (tiny little brown dots) that was super creamy (to die for!) and reminded me a little of eating Creme Brûlée. The Cinnamon Life Cereal crumbs added just enough crunch factor and sweetness. So yummy it's easy to forget it's relatively healthy.
