(2) Protein Pancake

  *Meal 2 Choice*
Ingredients:
  1   whole egg
  2   egg whites
  1 scoop   protein powder
  1/4 cup   instant oatmeal
  1 cup   fruit salad (400)
  2 Tbsp.   flaxseeds or chopped walnuts or almonds
Directions:
  Combine with a few spoonfuls of water. Mix batter well, and cook one large pancake on a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray.
