protein powder |
|
1/4 cup |
|
instant oatmeal |
|
1 cup |

fruit salad (400) |

2 Tbsp. |

flaxseeds or chopped walnuts or almonds |
Directions: |

Combine with a few spoonfuls of water. Mix batter well, and cook one large pancake on a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray.
