Ingredients:
  1 cup   high-protein whole-grain cereal, such as Kashi GoLean or Hi-Lo
  1 Tbsp.   flaxseeds
  2/3 cup   milk
  1/2 cup   bananas, sliced
  2 Tbsp.   *increase* flaxseeds (400)
  1 cup   *increase* bananas (400)
  1 1/2 cups   *increase* cereal (500)
  1 cup   *increase* milk (500)
Directions:
  Portion out 1 cup cereal and top with flaxseeds, milk and bananas.
