Seven+ Layer Taco Dip

  This layered dip is a party favorite! Refried beans, seasoned sour cream, salsa, cheese, lettuce, onion & black olives all on one chip = Miraculous!
Ingredients:
  1 pint   sour cream
  1 packet   taco seasoning mix
  1 (15 oz.) can   refried beans
  1 1/2 c.   salsa
  2 c.   lettuce, shredded
  2 c.   cheddar cheese, shredded
  1/2 c.   red onion, diced
  1 (4 oz.) can   black olives, sliced
  1 T.   fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  1 lg. bag   tortilla chips
Directions:
  In a medium mixing bowl, stir together sour cream and taco seasoning mix until well combined.
Spread refried beans evenly over the bottom of a 9 x 13” cake pan or large casserole dish. Top with sour cream mixture. Pour salsa evenly over sour cream layer. Then evenly sprinkle lettuce, then cheese, then onion, and finally the black olives and optional cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
