Loaded Microwave Steamed Potatoes

Chili |

Kirkland Bacon Bits |
|
1/2 cup |

Sour Cream |

1 Bag |

Frozen Steamer Bag of Broccoli |

1/2 lb. |

bacon, cooked and crumbled |
|
1 c. |

Cheddar cheese, shredded |

1/4 c. |

chives, optional |
Directions: |
|
Place potatoes in glass baking dish with tight fitting lid, such as Pyrex Casserole dish. Add 2 Tbsp. water to bottom of dish with potatoes. Microwave potatoes for 10-15 min. on High.
Meanwhile, heat broccoli until it is steaming and set out all other potato toppings on the table.
When potatoes are done, place one potato on each person’s plate and allow each individual to top his/her potato with toppings.
