Meatball Sub Night

  Cheesy meatball submarine sandwiches. Use cooked homemade, or frozen prepared meatballs.
In addition to the recipe, you will also need the following for this meal:
  1 bag  salad
  1 bag  potato chips

serves: 6
  Meatball submarine sandwiches with BBQ or tomato sauce. Add salad or potato chips.
Ingredients:
  1 package   Frozen meatballs (or homemade)
  1 jar   BBQ sauce or spaghetti sauce
  6 long   sub buns
  2 cups   shredded mozzarella cheese
  1 small   optional - onion diced fine
  1 can   optional - sliced olives (green or black)
  1 bag   potato chips
Directions:
  Heat meatballs and add desired sauce. Spoon into split buns, add optional onions, olives and top with cheese. Broil to melt. Serve with chips
