  Italian Pasta Salad, served cold, with Strawberry Icecream, just perfect for summer!
In addition to the recipe, you will also need the following for this meal:
  1 carton  strawberry ice cream

Italian Pasta Salad

  Pasta salad with veggies and zesty dressing!
Ingredients:
  1   Broccoli, chopped
  1 (8 oz.) box   Rotini Pasta, cooked and drained
  1 (8 oz.) bag   Carrots, peeled and sliced
  1   Red onion, diced
  1   Green pepper, diced
  1 pkg.   Pepperoni slices
  1 head   Cauliflower, chopped
  1 pkg.   Mushrooms
  1 can   Black Olives, drained and sliced
  1 pint   Cherry Tomatoes
    Parmesan cheese, optional
  1 large bottle   Italian Dressing
Directions:
  - Combine cooled pasta with veggies.
- Mix dressing as desired.
- Add pepperoni slices as desired.
- Refridgerate until ready to serve.
