BBQ Pork Sandwiches with Coleslaw & Corn on the Cob

  ***Pull remaining meat from ribs from Sunday. May substitute left-over side dishes from Sunday for the side dishes listed below if you have any of those left still.

Easy BBQ Pork Sandwiches with Homemade Cole Slaw and Corn on the Cob.
In addition to the recipes, you will also need the following for this meal:
  4 ears  corn

  Crock Pot BBQ
Ingredients:
  2 lb   Pork ribs or Loin
  1 cup   BBQ Sauce
  1 pkg   Buns
  1 bag   chips
Directions:
  Place uncooked Pork in crock pot. Top with BBQ Sauce and cook on Low 6 hrs. Pull pork apart with 2 forks, working against each-other and add more sauce to taste.

Serve on Bun or bread with chips on the side.
Easy Fruited Cole Slaw

Ingredients:
  1 (16 oz.) bag   shredded cabbage (cole slaw mix )
  1 1/2 c.   cole slaw dressing
  2   oranges, peeled, quartered, and sliced
  1 1/2 c.   green grapes, each cut in half
Directions:
  Chop and slice fruit and toss with cole slaw mix and dressing.
